On a lovely summer evening we attended the book launch of ‘Salad Feasts’ held at 27 Elliot’s which is situated in a quiet street just off the Meadows in Edinburgh.
Jessica is the chef/owner of this delightful café, workshop and supper club. Here she prepares original breakfast combinations and simple – but delicious – salads with seasonal ingredients.
