Salad Feasts – Jessica Elliot Dennison

On a lovely summer evening we attended the book launch of ‘Salad Feasts’ held at 27 Elliot’s which is situated in a quiet street just off the Meadows in Edinburgh.

Jessica is the chef/owner of this delightful café, workshop and supper club. Here she prepares original breakfast combinations and simple – but delicious – salads with seasonal ingredients.

We were delighted with the excellent choice of salad recipes on offer.

The recipes are presented in an easy-to-follow manner with advice on alternative ingredients to complete the recipe, depending on seasonal availability.

Forget the standard wilted green salad bowl – this book delivers wonderful salads for all occasions with enticing titles, such as:
