Ruby Red Citrus Stinger – The perfect Morning Starter


1 large pink grapefruit

2 medium oranges

125 g raspberries

2 tsp runny honey

Handful of fresh mint leaves

50 ml water (optional)

Blend and enjoy

Fruit Kebab

Selection of grapes, apple or pineapple, chopped into small cubes and threaded onto a small skewer or cocktail stick

  • Wash and peel all fruits, removing the pith from the grapefruit, oranges and chop roughly.
  • Place all fruit in a blender, add honey and blitz.
  • Sieve the juice, or if you prefer your juice more dilute add more more water
  • Pour into chilled glasses and top with mint leaves
  • Serve with the fruit kebab on the side
