Citrus fruits have amazing health benefits – the a selection of freshly-juiced fruits in a glass is one of the easiest ways to boost your nutritional intake. Ruby Red Citrus Stinger – The perfect Morning Starter
1 large pink grapefruit
2 medium oranges
125 g raspberries
2 tsp runny honey
Handful of fresh mint leaves
50 ml water (optional)
Blend and enjoy
Fruit Kebab
Selection of grapes, apple or pineapple, chopped into small cubes and threaded onto a small skewer or cocktail stick
- Wash and peel all fruits, removing the pith from the grapefruit, oranges and chop roughly.
- Place all fruit in a blender, add honey and blitz.
- Sieve the juice, or if you prefer your juice more dilute add more more water
- Pour into chilled glasses and top with mint leaves
- Serve with the fruit kebab on the side
