Edinburgh Ski Touring Club 25th Anniversary
The Edinburgh Ski Touring Cub (formerly Edinburgh Nordic Ski Club) is celebrating its 25th anniversary on 7th October with a dinner and ceilidh dance and would like to see as many members as possible on the night. Unfortunately, we have lost contact with many of our former members, so would like to ask anyone who sees this, to get in touch.
The club now has a broad range of outdoor activities, including ski touring, cycling, walking and camping, all complimented by good, home cooked food.
The anniversary celebrations will be held at
St. Columba’s by the Castle, 14 Johnston Terrace.
From 5.00 pm for soft drinks
Sparkling wine reception at 6.00 pm
Carriages 1.00 am
Excellent home produced hot and cold buffet
Vegetarian and meat options
(The club has many good chefs)
Dance off the calories to the Crowdie House Ceilidh Band
Tickets available at £17.50
Dress Code
To celebrate the occasion, the committee suggest ’smart’ – kilts will be welcome, however the choice is yours. Your presence is of greater importance.
Accommodation
We hope to have accommodation available for those outside the city centre.

If you know the contact details of former members, please forward them our contact details at a.c.beal@sol.co.uk or 07944 119983.
